I have taken a rather hammer&nail approach to "fixing" these toolbar
issues. But.
o CocoaAbi toolbar tweaks
- use NSPopUpButton instead of NSComboBox for styles & fonts
- tighten button spacing slightly (see Bug 6586)
- return focus to document frame after combo/popup selection (see Bug
7576)
- increase widths of combos/popups (see Bug 7577)
- don't resize toolbar to zero-height (see Bug 7758)
o CocoaAbi tool palette: alphebetize style names
