Show percent loaded in status bar.
Now abi shows what fraction of a document is loaded inthe status bar.
It would be MUCH nicer to have a proper progress bar but this is better
than what we do now.

PS I implemented this in about 15 minutes so I feel this a reasonable
extra feature to implement.
