Most critical Windows bugs (for Jordi)

Here's a list of the most pressing Windows bugs, as requested by Jordi:

1) A Format TOC dialog is needed.

2) There are numerous printing bugs on Windows, but 6827 is the most
critical; basically, fonts change to a fixed width font when printing.

3) There's a bad dataloss bug that involves pasting from Internet
Explorer (3579) that really needs to be fixed before 2.2.

4) Mail Merge is apparently broken on Windows (from the command line).
See 6354.

5) There are also a few major bugs with the front end that may be simple
fixes like 7090, 6066, 5166, and 6743.

If you have the time, or if you think it's more important, you may want
to investigate the printing code, as there are numerous bug reports
about incompatibilities with certain printers and bad output, like text
printing across half the page (2362) and incorrect margins. I believe
these to be the most important known issues; however, if anyone feels
like I'm missing something, speak up ;).
