fixed the rtf importer and exporter to treat the \par keyword as
paragraph terminator rather than 'opener'.
In my tests everything works nicely now, but if you notice any new
problems with rtf import / export, particularly related to extra
paragraphs and missing paragraphs, please file a bug and assign it to
me -- I will fix it ASAP.
files: pt_PieceTable.h, pt_PT_Append.cpp, pd_Document.h/cpp,
ie_imp/exp_RTF_*_.h/cpp.
