patch for #5664

Hello,

the attached patch fixes #5664 "Exporting Hebrew text to OpenOffice
Writer loses directionality".

It would be really nice if people using Abi in right-to-left locales
could test this patch. From a first glance the sample document from
bugzilla now looks very similar in Abi and OOo, but who am i to tell.

Be aware that export of headings is not implementet (yet?) so all text
will have the same font and -size. Feel free to open RFEs.
