a fix to FV_View::insertFootnote() (bug only manifested itself with
revisions on)
some buletproofing in fl_BlockLayout.cpp, fl_FootnoteLayout.cpp,
added pp_AttrProp::miniDump() to ease debugging; minidump of props
and attrs in fp_Run::lookupProperties()
pd_Document.h: added setMarkRevisionsNoNotify() to allow temporary
stepping out of revision mode inside piecetable code.
