AbiWord 2.2 Ant-Free Artwork, part 1

This is the first installment of my AbiWord 2.2 Swoosh A artwork. By
the time 2.2 rolls around, there will be precisely 0 Abi the Ants in
Head. 2.3 (which looks like it will be Abimath) will have futuristic
ant stuff that I will do when the spirit moves me. But enough about
roadmaps, here's the real stuff.

This replaces the Antwork in the Windows Installer. I was unable to
test this as I can't make distribution for some reason, and I will have
to fix that someday. However, this should work as-is just spiffily.
The files both go in abi\src\pkg\win\setup , replacing the ones that are
there. As I am doing with all icons now, I replaced the single-size,
single color depth icon that was there with a three size, dual color
depth resource. This should work alright, but I haven't tried NSIS with
it. In case we need to provide separate art for the icon of the
installer and what will be used as an icon within the program, I can do
that, whoever deals with that can just reply to me. The setup.png
contains the TM sidebar that will also go eventually in the Windows
about box.

Let me know what you think! The 16px size of the icon is different than
the rest, due to the smaller size, but it looked alright over here.
