Hi,
this is an improved version of the patch, also fixing alignment of
the left column of controls in the format-frame and format-table
dialog. Sorry for missing that first.
Is there a rationale behind the fact that the format-table and
format-frame dialogs have close buttons which do not apply the
current settings like a traditional Ok button would do?
