Fix 7381 Crash after undoing insertion of break over TOC.

Although the bug employs a TOC to show it's self, it's actually a
long-standing mistake.

We didn't set the lastlayout of the previous section when we delete
a doc section.

The fix is a single line of code to do this.

Should be back-ported.
