Flicker free and fast Visual text drag.

Use the new image fill methods to remove the flicker from visual text
dragging.

Use the event dropping techniques to substatinally speed up visual text drag.

Visual text drag is now instantaneous even for large selections on slow
computers.

There remain bugs if your selection is off screen when you start to drag.
Plus other bugs but this is much nicer now.

I'll work on these remaining bugs over the next day or two.
