Which is not to say that list export is perfect, but at least it is
valid HTML now - and even looks good in Opera, Safari & IE(Mac).
o XHTML export clean-up & fixes
- remove old tables-as-lists code that no one ever liked, let alone used
- fix nested lists to be valid HTML (Bug 4213)
