new abiword snapshot, including gtkmathview

Hi,

new snapshot:

+ GtkMathView dependency resolved dynamically, package available from
http://www.abisource.com/~rob/repo/gtkmathview/

I have no means of running this so please try and tell me.
Unlike with older versions of apg++ dependency stripping seems to work
now, no required ones seem to be removed.

Next would be charts support then ...
