For wv, this is not the best:
        $ cd abicocoa
        $ /bin/rm -rf wv
        $ cvs -z3 co -r wv-1-0-0-STABLE wv

Better do:
        $ cd abicocoa/wv
        $ cvs -qz3 update -rwv-1-0-0-STABLE -Pd

BTW I see no mention of GtkMathView, and apparently it does not build
without that anymore.
