Make fl_Squiggles the bas class of fl_SpellSquigles and fl_GrammarSquiggles

Start of on-the-fly grammar checking.

Grammar checked squiggles will look different but clear shar much of the
code of spell Squiggles.

This commit differentiates the two and makes SpellSquiggkes the types
currently used throughout AbiWord.
