Implements word count excluding footnotes and
endnotes. GTK+ frontend implemented. This won't break
other platforms, but you'll have to add a widget to
your dialog to display its value.
Patch from Mike Hearn, Wine hacker extraordinaire,
with some touch-ups by myself.
