Fix UT_UTF8String::appendBuf for multibyte charsets. (PATCH)

I've just submitted a one line patch to bugzilla:

http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=9193

This fixes a problem with UT_UTF8String::appendBuf() which stops it
working for multibyte character sets.
