Well, I talked with FJF about this on IRC, and I
assumed that he emailed Caolan off-list. I don't know
what "active maintainer" means here - the thing
basically "just works", but (IIRC) he will gladly (but
reluctantly) accept patches and bug reports. There
aren't any active developers, per-se. But a maintainer
is different than a developer.
