Commit: ODT TOCs work

This was actually a problem based on how OOo 2.0
handles style names. They have a "style:name" and a
"style:display-name" attribute. The display-name is
what we want to show to users, and what we want to use
when defining styles. It also has the side-effect of
making TOCs work properly.

Should be backported.
