Bug 8996, extension override for command line conversions. Patch from
"Jonas".
This caused a build problem on win32, but I couldn't find a cocoa
print/convert equivalent in doWindowlessArgs() (in ap_CocoaApp.mm), so
I'm assuming the unix code is used for that (let me know if that's
incorrect). At any rate, this could be backported, but please make sure
there's no build breakage first :).
