Thanks! That works at least partway--haven't got it to work for other than
the view pages (probably won't do all pages), and, on the view page, if I
click in the ToC (for example, to go to a subheading), the favicon
disappears.
I'll do some experimenting and try to see how TWiki does it (they don't seem
to have a similar line in the header, and the favicon does work when you view
a subheading.
