New "set positioned image context menu item"
Implement left and right wrapping around images.
Fix corner cases that prevented wrapping working when placed at just the
right
distance from the edge of the screen.

Sorry for implementing the new string so close to 2.4 but it is so
convenient to turn an inline to a positioned image straight from the
context menu.

Also fixed annoying corner case where the text failed to wrap when the
image was placed at exactly the "wrong" distance from the edge of the
page.

I hope to have time to close a few bugs this week.
