Complete the construction of change record packets for storage or
transmission.

This code was not very difficult to write but has been a long time
coming. Now every change you make to your abiword document is packaged
up into a packet that can either be recorded or transmitted to a remote
abiword.

Right now all the packets do is get sent to stdout, which is only useful
to test that the code works :-)

Next step is to write the packets to a file. This will provide a
complete and accurate record of your editting session.
The step after that is replay the file to exactly recreate your Abiword
session.

Once this works we can look at connecting two abiword's together.

Cheers

Martin
