Commit: AbiWord + libgsf integration

Hi ants,

Martin and Marc have been bugging me on IRC to check
in this patch, so I've merged everything up with HEAD
and checked it in, as per their request.

It has all of the benefits and most of the caveats
mentioned in my email from February. The only major
thing that has changed is that Abi no longer has a
goffice dependency, as I've copied in the relevant 1.5
files from goffice into abi/src/af/ut/xp/. Muchas
gracias to the the Gnumeric folks.

Win32 and MacOS guys, I apologize in advance for the
inconvenience and likely build breakages. I'll be
around on email (and to a lesser extent, IRC) to help
walk you through any problems you encounter.

I hope to work on improving this patch in the coming
weeks - especially the caveats mentioned in my Feb.
email. I'll do my best to get the plugins up and
running by end-of-day tomorrow, but no promises. If
Sum1 or someone else wants to tidy these up, that'd be
awesome. The weather is nice and the basketball court
is calling to me.

Don't let anything stop you from lending a hand. I
sure could use the help and another few sets of eyes
on these patches. There have likely been some
regressions in addition to the ones I've speculated
about.
