Ok, here is localized readme.txt in Slovenian (named it readme_sl.txt).

I had problems encoding it in a way that special (non-ASCII) characters
would show up, since it's a text file and there is no code-page
selection on opening text files. Finally I succeeded by putting it into
UTF-8. Seems to work now.
