FYI: sourceforce.net abispell module disabled

Hi All,

I just disabled the AbiSpell 'module' on SF.net, as that is way
outdated, and should not be used anymore by users.

Dictionaries can be retrieved from the Linux distributor (for linux
systems, duh), and using our installer on Windows systems. On MacOSX I'm
not sure, but as far as I know, it can use the system dictionaries.
