Done.
Out of the three gnomevfs/bonobo/libgnomui options gnomevfs is
probably the one to recommend most because it enables (doh) accessin
remote files. The options are picked up automatically for those who
don't care so most should be fine.

Also created a new option --enable-sdi which is playground for not
strictly HIG compliant stuff. The deal fought out with Marc is to
prune that stuff if it isn't alive by 2.6beta any more (didn't want to
do a branch because it's non intrusive and easier to show off).

Next on my list is getting rid of deprecated gtk code but pace will
slow down as classes are starting this week (and work 1.5 weeks).
