Anjuta project file patch

This patch is not terribly important, I know... but it switches the
autosave feature of Anjuta on, something that has saved me a lot of time
recovering data that got lost when Anjuta crashed on a SMP machine, as
it often does. With this autosave feature at least the data is saved.
