Well, in our current ANSI builds most of the Win32 encoding problems (utf8 ->
user's locale) are most of the time only obvious when you work with a language
what uses special characters (French for example). Since the charters to
represent English match in ANSI and UTF8 you could not notice the encoding
problems.

With the Unicode build is going to be very easy to spot encoding issues
because when sending strings to Win32 the strings expected are double byte (16
bits) and when you send UTF-8 (single bit) you really see that the text does
not match (like Chinese charters in an English version).

Then, any help with testing is going to be very useful.
