GR_Painter removal in GR_Caret

Hi,

Looks like the GR_Caret changes for abicollab completely break the Mac
build. More interesting this change, line 231:

It remove the GR_Painter on which the GR_CocoaGraphics depends.

Any specific reason why it was removed?

Putting it back works for me.
