gtk dnd of images

Hi,

have seen that dnd of images is handled in fv_InlineImage.cpp. Shall we
do the same we are doing in text dnd (subclassing in
FV_UnixInlineImage)?

The problem is that the gtk dnd should be very similar both for text and
images.
