I wish I did. It seems to happen only on some build systems - for
instance, on mine (which you are now using) the last few times I tried
it, with several GDB versions. However, the one on the defenestrator
(windows abiword vm) vm in the env directory of, say, 2.5 I think
doesn't do it. It's probably a question for the MinGW folks.

(I had them all last summer when debugging abicollab :-P )
