libasio dependencies?

A friendly person in #ubuntu-devel filled out a Main Inclusion Report
for libasio-dev, which we'd need to have collab by default in Ubuntu.
It looks like there are some weird dependencies, and I was just
wondering if someone with more experience than myself in that library
could take a peek.
