RFC: Change "spelling checking" tab to "proofing" tab.

Hi everyone,
                     It has bothered me for some time that we hide our
preference to enable/disable grammar checking in the "spell Check" tab
or our preference dialog. This is not an obvious name to look for the
grammar checking. I saw dom on IRC mention we should changing the name
of the tab to "proofing". I like this idea.

Does anyone object if I change the name of the tab to "proofing"? Are
there other suggestions for what to call this?
