To build guru's: SUPPORTS_UT_IDLE not set.

Dear AbiWord build-gurus,
                         The compiler directive SUPPORTS_UT_IDLE is not
set for autoconf builds for both TRUNK and 2.6 for gtk. This means that
the idle worker function is never built for the gtk builds.

As a consequence none of our event accelerators work for the TRUNK or
2.6 builds in unix. So for example dragging an image around in abiword
can make the image get way behind the mouse pointer.
 
Could someone fix this please?
