abi win32 crossbuild, plugin dll issues

Hi Dom,

please let me know how the crossbuild went (in case you had time to
try already).

I'm still having problems to get the plugin DLLs out of the new
system. Mingw docs [1] suggests that this can be done directly via
gcc, other sources are mentioning "dllwrap" (which i'm not acquainted
with). Just in case you our someone on abiword-dev can give some
offhand advice ...
