AbiWord build update

Hi,

here's a brief update:

(1) Autodetection for plugins.
Pass plain --enable-plugins (no plugin list) to configure.
All plugins except psion, wmf, command and collab are supported. Those
remaining ones will be adapted soon, i hope.

(2) Crossbuild.
The win32-build-on-linux instructions are mostly still valid:

But please get the new dependencies tarball:
http://www.abisource.com/~robsta/win32/win32.tgz
It has a fixed mingw-env.sh, so that system-installed packages are no
longer detected, only correctly installed win32 libraries.
