AbiWord v2.7.10 Released
The AbiWord team joyfully announces AbiWord v2.7.10, the 11th and final
snapshot of the development series that will lead to AbiWord 2.8.
This snapshot allows interested developers, testers and users a sneak
preview into the future of AbiWord.
The changes from v2.7.9 to v2.7.10 include, amongst others:
# Implement Annotations preview tooltips on Windows.
# Allow collaborative editting of equations. Warning: this bumps the
AbiCollab protocol version, making it incompatible with previous 2.7
releases.

With this being the last development version before the final AbiWord
v2.8.0 release, we would love to hear from you if you encounter any
problem or regression over the 2.6 series. Please report these to
http://bugzilla.abisource.com/.
While we encourage people to try out the new snapshot, please be aware
that is a development snapshot and is not expected to be stable in any
sort of way. On the other hand, it shouldn't be too buggy given that
this is the last development release :).
