Hi,

got this to work in pyabiword. Thanks a lot, Martin.

Current issues:

- was getting a crash because the cairo context was NULL. Attached is
a patch that makes it work, though I'm not sure how correct it is.

- seems like the returned pixbuf includes the margins, though I would
like it to be closer to what the user sees on screen.

- needs to be exposed in pyabiword, patch attached.

- in trunk only, need to backport to 2.6

Suggestions on how to move forward?
