I agree that on a conceptual level, that makes sense, but really very
little in the app is actually set up that way in the menus (context
menus aka right-click are closer to that model), and my hunch is that
people are going to expect inserting all things will require the insert
menu, so for consistency have at least a basic insert table in the
insert menu, with perhaps extra options (insert row, etc) left in the
table menu simply because tables have more unique operations on them
than most other possible things to interact with.
