Revision of German translation

Hello,

As I announced last week, I have revised the translation of the German
PO file and attached it to this email today.

Now someone could/should look and check it over. I'm looking forward to
receiving hints and suggestions! Or maybe I can explain the one or other
question, e.g. why I preferred it this or that way.
