Thoughts re: depending on librsvg in trunk

How do people feel about adding a hard-dependency on librsvg in at
least our GTK+ port? It'd give us real vector drawing support, now
that we have a working cairo graphics class.

At some future point, we can also change the WMF plugin to convert
WMFs to SVGs, so that we get the same nice vector support for MS Word
files.

Thoughts?
