Where do I send my patches?

Hi,

I've been working on the documentation. I have a patch ready to send.
 I uploaded it to this group, as per the instructions of another
developer. I did not see my email show up in the archives. I don't
know if anyone received it.

Am I supposed to be attaching my patches to my email messages I send
here, or am I supposed to do something else?
