[Enchant] Plugin for submitting words to an online database

Hello,

I want to write a third-party plugin for Enchant to submit users' new added
words to an online database.

Because Enchant is cross-platform, have backends for most *spells, and is
gaining popularity it seems to be the library that can help my community
get new words from normal users for the Romanian dictionary (for now).

I wrote an ugly hack as a proof of concept and it works. When I add new
words from Gedit and Pidgin (which use GtkSpell, which uses Enchant :-D) the
online database receives them.

I would want to learn how to write a plugin for Enchant which does the same.
But first of all, is it possible?
