Question on conversion

Hi all,

we are compiling abiword in one machine, with all libraries needed, and
changed directories for installation (not the predefined directories).

However, we take the generated directories for use in another machine,
which has all the libraries needed for Abiword (ldd abiword), and it
does not crash.

However, when executing abiword --to=abw test.doc, the generated abw
file has only ?????? as characters, thus not rendering correctly the text.

What can be the reason for the problem? Fonts? Additional libraries?
