picture support for the mswrite plugin

I'm currently working on picture support for the mswrite plugin which works
fine for bitmaps so far.

To load a picture, I was told to use IE_ImpGraphic::loadGraphic().

Is there anything I have to free relating to the FG_Graphic pointer when I'm
done?
