You could temporarily disable double buffering for Mac by defining the
DEACTIVATE_FV_VIEW_DOUBLE_BUFFERING symbol in
fv_ViewDoubleBuffering.cpp. I will try to look into the issue. This is
certainly Mac specific, as nothing bad happened on Linux / Win.
