Dear devs,
I have a question, which is just to clarify - I don't want to
criticize, but I have been wondering:
How are the bugs on the Bugzilla managed? I did a bug report a little
over a year ago which is still tagged as new. In fact, all the bug
reports & feature enhancements I have entered are tagged as new.
Am I taking the right approach?
