Yay for unexpected tags :)
I just tagged AbiWord 2.9.0 to get us in the mood again to start working
towards the next major release (shall we call it 3.0?).
No fancy release notes, Windows binaries, or anything for this
"release". For the next release we should definitely do that, so we can
honor everyone's hard work.

I will also write down the release procedure, so everyone with SVN
commit access will be able to make official releases. It's shouldn't be
just me that knows how to do it.
