Google summer of code is back for 2011

Hi Everyone,

Google Summer of Code is back for 2011.

In 2011 GSoC offers a 25% increase in the number of students it will
sponsor. I'm willing to be both GSoC admin again again and a mentor as
well. I'll also update our wiki for the 2011 project. Who else is
interested in mentoring? I'll place a list of projects on the wiki for
discussion as well.
