But seriously, it seems very popular in the open-source world.
Firefox is on 3.0.13, SeaMonkey is on 2.0.11, etc. I know it's muddled
a bit by closed-source software, like Opera likes to pretend that 10.1
and 10.10 are the same thing.
Version numbers don't go by the decimal system.
